Hi Everyone,

We are delighted to announce our achievement at this years TUSU Housing Awards, we came away with:

• Best Overall Small Accommodation Providers 2017/18
• Recognised Star Member of Staff 2017/18

This was our first time in the Rate Your Landlord competition, so to win 2x awards felt unreal.

We owe a big thank you to all of our valued tenants who took the time to vote. We always aim to go the extra mile, so it was great to receive such positive feedback & recognition from our tenants, it’s given us confidence to keep doing more of the same going forward.

In recent years the SU have really stepped up their game when it comes to promoting the best student accommodation on offer in the Middlesbrough area, the newly introduced accreditation scheme has been a great way to separate the good accommodation from the bad. As a student looking for their first home it can be a daunting task, so to have a list of recommended & accredited agents promoted by their own SU, is a really useful tool.

Thank you to Tees SU for putting on the awards show & well done to all the other agents that picked up awards 🙂
